He collected degrees from Sydney University and University of New Brunswick and has worked a collection of jobs from Professor to Researcher, from racing driver and to actor and modern dancer. He released two books with Fiddlehead Press. |

J. D. Martin grew up across Lake Erie in the U.S.A. but his mother's family goes back nine generations in Quebec, Canada. He lives in Germany and writes full time. Many of his prose pieces are very short, in the manner of O. Henry. We were also happy to include his piece ‘Only A Haircut’ in the Premiere Summer 2006 issue of Big Pond Rumours Zine. |
